Управління прибутком підприємства в умовах валютних обмежень

Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми управління прибутками підприємства в умовах валютних обмежень не викликає сумнівів, оскільки для переважної більшості промислових підприємств Запорізького регіону питання експорту, а відповідно й отримання і реалізація валютної виручки є життєво важливим фактором виживання на ринку товарів та послуг. З іншого боку, для підприємств-імпортерів, валюта є необхідним ресурсом для закупівель товару для наступного перепродажу через роздрібні мережі або забезпечення важливою сировиною для безперечного або належним чином періодичного процесу виробництва за відповідним технологічним циклом. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – с аналіз та розробка раціональних пропозицій в поліпшення фінансового стану підприємства. Обʼєктом кваліфікаційної роботи є гнучка система валютного регулювання та контролю України в поточній ринковій ситуації. Предметом кваліфікаційної роботи є діяльність підприємства – субʼєкта ЗЕД в системі валютного регулювання і контролю в Україні. У роботі аналізується та узагальнюється понятійно-категоріальний апарат економічної науки з питань валютного регулювання економіки та підприємницької діяльності господарюючих субʼєктів. У другому розділі описується сучасний стан справ на типовому підприємстві - експортері або імпортері та визначаються його проблеми. У третьому розділі сформулюється алгоритм уникнення зайвих трансакційних витрат, які виникають у звʼязку із реалізацією валютних ризиків підприємства.

EN : The relevance of the topic of managing the company's profits in the conditions of currency restrictions does not raise doubts, since for the vast majority of industrial enterprises of the Zaporizhzhia region, the issue of export, and accordingly, the receipt and realization of foreign currency earnings, is a vital factor for survival on the market of goods and services. On the other hand, for importing enterprises, currency is a necessary resource for purchasing goods for subsequent resale through retail networks or providing important raw materials for an undisputed or properly periodic production process according to the relevant technological cycle. The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze and develop rational proposals to improve the company's financial condition. The object of the qualification work is the flexible system of currency regulation and control of Ukraine in the current market situation. The subject of the qualification work is the activity of the enterprise - the subject of foreign exchange in the system of currency regulation and control in Ukraine. The work analyzes and summarizes the conceptual and categorical apparatus of economic science on issues of currency regulation of the economy and entrepreneurial activity of business entities. The second chapter describes the current state of affairs at a typical enterprise - exporter or importer - and identifies its problems. The third section formulates an algorithm for avoiding unnecessary transaction costs that arise in connection with the realization of currency risks of the enterprise.
