Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми «Управління митною логістикою в умовах воєнного часу» є безсумнівною у воєнний час, оскільки відбувається кардинальна зміна напрямків руху потоків товарів та транспортних послуг, що забезпечують українські підприємства сировиною та матеріалами, волонтерів та оборонців необхідним ресурсом для ведення війни з росією, експортні підприємства для постачання продукції у різних напрямках та отримання валютної виручки для встановлення зовнішнього балансу та скасування торговельних обмежень. Обʼєктом дослідження є митна логістика, яка складається з етапів руху матеріальних потоків через митні кордони України на експорт та в імпорті, транзиті та зберігання на відповідних складах та терміналах. Предметом дослідження в кваліфікаційній роботі є робота митного підрозділу підприємства на митному терміналі та на митному складі для забезпечення випуску товарів у вільний обіг та руху їх в транзиті. Метою роботи є пошук та формулювання можливостей щодо прискорення проходження вантажами митних процедур та формальностей на українському кордоні та інших супутніх кордонах. В кваліфікаційній роботі здійснюється пошук та формування понятійного теоретичного апарату митної справи, логістики та міжнародних транспортних перевезень в сфері імпортно-експортної діяльності та обігу вторинної сировини, аналіз діяльності підприємства, що здійснює операції з транспортування, зберігання, закупівлі у населення та юридичних осіб вторинної сировини, накопичення товарних партій для внутрішнього споживання та експорту, розглядається підприємство, у контексті його недоліків та можливі шляхи удосконалення його діяльності в сфері митної логістики, реалізації митних операцій та накопичення товарних та транспортних партій, що робить доцільним транспортування певним видом транспорту.

EN : The relevance of the topic "Management of customs logistics in wartime conditions" is undoubted in wartime, as there is a fundamental change in the direction of movement of goods and transport services, which provide Ukrainian enterprises with raw materials and materials, volunteers and defenders with a necessary resource for waging war with Russia, export enterprises for the supply of products in various directions and the receipt of foreign exchange revenue for the establishment of an external balance and the abolition of trade restrictions. The object of the study is customs logistics, which consists of the stages of movement of material flows across the customs borders of Ukraine for export and import, transit and storage at the appropriate warehouses and terminals. The subject of research in the qualification work is the work of the customs department of the enterprise at the customs terminal and at the customs warehouse to ensure the release of goods into free circulation and their movement in transit. The purpose of the work is to find and formulate opportunities for speeding up the passage of cargo through customs procedures and formalities at the Ukrainian border and other accompanying borders. In the qualification work, the search and formation of the conceptual theoretical apparatus of customs affairs, logistics and international transportation in the field of import-export activities and the circulation of secondary raw materials is carried out, the analysis of the activities of the enterprise that carries out operations on transportation, storage, purchase from the population and legal entities of secondary raw materials, the accumulation of commodity lots for domestic consumption and export, the enterprise is considered in the context of its shortcomings and possible ways of improving its activities in the field of customs logistics, the implementation of customs operations and the accumulation of commodity and transport lots, which makes transportation by a certain type of transport expedient.
