Оцінка організаційних та конструктивних рішень, використаних під час будівництва гуртожитку сімейного типу у місті Запоріжжя

Abstract

UA : Дана робота присвячена оцінці організаційних та конструктивних рішень, які були використані під час будівництва гуртожитку сімейного типу у місті Запоріжжя. Дослідження спрямоване на вивчення ефективності використаних підходів до планування, проектування та будівництва житлового комплексу з урахуванням потреб мешканців та сучасних тенденцій у будівництві. Робота описує методику оцінки організаційних рішень, зокрема вибір оптимальної системи управління будівництвом та ресурсами. Також розглядається аналіз конструктивних рішень, включаючи вибір матеріалів та технологій будівництва. Важливий акцент робиться на забезпечення комфорту та безпеки мешканців гуртожитку. Отримані висновки можуть бути корисними при плануванні та виконанні подібних будівельних проектів в майбутньому.

EN : This work is devoted to the evaluation of organizational and constructive solutions that were used during the construction of a family-type dormitory in the city of Zaporizhzhia. The research is aimed at studying the effectiveness of the used approaches to planning, designing and building a residential complex, taking into account the needs of residents and modern trends in construction. The work describes the method of evaluating organizational decisions, in particular the choice of the optimal construction and resource management system. The analysis of constructive solutions, including the choice of materials and construction technologies, is also considered. An important emphasis is placed on ensuring the comfort and safety of the residents of the dormitory. The obtained conclusions can be useful in the planning and implementation of similar construction projects in the future.
