Ефективність фізичної терапії як складової комплексної реабілітації дітей з розладами аутичного спектру

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 58 сторінок, 12 таблиць, 18 рисунків, 63 літературних джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – вплив засобів фізичної терапії на комунікативну активність дітей з розладами аутичного спектру. Мета дослідження – вивчення ефективності застосування засобів фізичної терапії в комплексній реабілітації дітей з розладами аутичного спектру. Методи дослідження – аналіз та узагальнення літературних джерел; аналіз медичних карт дітей; методи діагностики комунікативної активності – мотиваційний критерій, емоційний критерій, діяльнісний критерій; методи математичної статистики. Для дітей з розладами аутичного спектру спеціалізованих груп Дитячого навчального закладу характерним є наявність типових проблем у спілкуванні та особливостей функціонування цих дітей у природному для них середовищі (у власній родині), які хвилюють батьків та потребують, на їх думку, фахового втручання. Застосування сенсорно-інтегративної терапії в корекційно-реабілітаційній програмі серед дітей з розладами аутичного спектру в умовах Дитячого садочку приватного типу забезпечило поліпшення показників комунікативної активності, що є ознакою оптимізації та збільшення адаптивної поведінкової реакції в спілкуванні, і дозволяє рекомендувати дану програму для практичного використання при роботі з даним контингентом дітей.

The object of the study is the influence of sensory-integrative therapy on the communicative activity of children with autism spectrum disorders. The purpose of the study is to study the effectiveness of the use of sensory-integrative therapy in the correction and rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorders in the conditions of the Children's Educational Institution. Methods of research – analysis and synthesis of literary sources; analysis of children’s medical cards; methods of diagnostics of communicative activity – motivational criterion, emotional criterion, activity criterion; methods of mathematical statistics. For children with autism spectrum disorders of specialized groups of the Children’s Educational Institution, typical problems in communicating and the peculiarities of functioning of these children in their natural environment (in their own family) that concern their parents and need, in their opinion, professional intervention are characteristic. The use of sensory-integrative therapy in the correctional-rehabilitation program among children with autism disorders in the conditions of the Kindergarten of the combined type provided improvement of the indicators of communicative activity, which is a sign of optimization and increase of the adaptive behavioral reaction in communication, and allows to recommend this a program for practical use when working with this contingent of children.
