Удосконалення системи управління персоналом шляхом забезпечення кадрової безпеки

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 117 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 28 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 55 джерел, з них 7 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження в роботі виступає кадрова безпека ТОВ «СЛУЖБА ОХОРОНИ «ДЖЕБ». Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи підвищення кадрової безпеки підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження стану та обґрунтування заходів щодо підвищення кадрової безпеки підприємства. Для досягнення мети в роботі поставлені та вирішені такі завдання: визначено сутність та основні елементи кадрової безпеки в системі економічної безпеки підприємства як об’єкту управління; досліджено систему організації та правління кадровою безпекою підприємства; проаналізовано організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «СЛУЖБА ОХОРОНИ «ДЖЕБ»; оцінено рівень кадрової безпеки підприємства ТОВ «СЛУЖБА ОХОРОНИ «ДЖЕБ»; розглянуто загальні заходи щодо забезпечення кадрової безпеки підприємств; запропоновано й обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо удосконалення забезпечення кадрової безпеки ТОВ «СЛУЖБА ОХОРОНИ «ДЖЕБ». В роботі обґрунтовано актуальність обраної теми, визначено теоретичні основи забезпечення кадрової безпеки підприємства, проаналізовано показники використання трудових ресурсів та оцінено рівень кадрової безпеки ТОВ «СЛУЖБА ОХОРОНИ «ДЖЕБ», запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення кадрової безпеки досліджуваного підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 117 pages of printed text, contains 26 tables, 28 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 55 sources, 7 of them in foreign languages. The object of research in this paper is the personnel security of JEB Security Service LLC. The subject of the study is the methodological approaches and principles of improving the personnel security of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the status and justification of measures to improve the personnel security of the enterprise. To achieve this goal, the paper sets and solves the following tasks:  defines the essence and main elements of personnel security in the system of economic security of enterprise as an object of management;  studies the system of organization and management of personnel security of enterprise;  analyzes the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC "SECURITY SERVICE "JEB";  assesses the level of personnel security of LLC "SECURITY SERVICE "JEB";  considers general measures to ensure personnel security of enterprises;  proposes and substantiates proposals for improvement of personnel security of enterprise. The paper substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, defines the theoretical foundations of ensuring the personnel security of the enterprise, analyzes the indicators of labor resources use and assesses the level of personnel security of 6 LLC "Security Service "JEB", proposes measures to improve the personnel security of the studied enterprise. The obtained results of the study are aimed at determining the theoretical and practical bases for improving personnel security as a component of the economic security of LLC "SECURITY SERVICE "JEB" and can be implemented in the practice of economic entities. The proposed measures to improve the personnel security of LLC "SECURITY SERVICE "JEB" are of practical importance.
