UA : Виконано аналіз існуючих способів чищення виливниць, проаналізовані переваги та недоліки існуючих технічних рішень. Запропонований варіант модернізації машини для чищення виливниць. Визначено опір переміщенню візка машини для чищення виливниць. Вказані рекомендації щодо запобігання виникнення аварійних ситуацій пов’язаних з переміщенням візка. Розроблено схему дослідження динамічних навантажень на вузли та механізми візка машини.
EN : An analysis of the existing methods of cleaning the display cases was carried out, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing technical solutions were analyzed. A variant of the modernization of the display cleaning machine is proposed. The resistance to movement of the carriage of the display cleaning machine is determined. Recommendations for preventing the occurrence of emergency situations related to the movement of the cart are indicated. A scheme for the study of dynamic loads on the nodes and mechanisms of the machine trolley has been developed.
