Управління підбором і наймом персоналу на підприємстві

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 86 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 11 таблиць, 20 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 89 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління підбором та найму персоналу ПРАТ «ПІВНГЗК». Метою дослідження є обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення системи управління підбору та найму персоналу підприємства. Для того щоб досягти поставлему мету, потрібно вирішити такі завдання: розглянути сутність та основні підходи до удосконалення системи управління персоналу; визначити основні проблеми у системі персоналу; обґрунтувати напрями удосконалення системи підбору та найму персоналу на підприємстві; оцінити ефективність реалізації запропонованих заходів. Методи дослідження: наукової абстракції, аналізу та синтезу, системний підхід, логічний, монографічний для обґрунтування теоретичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи управління розвитком персоналу; групування, формування таблиць, діаграм, графіків. Практичне значення отриманих результатів, викладених у роботі, полягають в обґрунтуванні пропозицій щодо удосконалення системи управління підбору та найму персоналу ПРАТ «ПІВНГЗК». Визначено економічний ефект від реалізації запропонованих заходів. Інформаційною базою звіту є фахова література, матеріали періодичних видань, статистичні дані та показники господарської діяльності ПРАТ «ІНГЗК», результати власних досліджень та проведеного аналізу.

EN : The work is presented on 86 pages of printed text, contains 11 tables, 20 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 89 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the processes of managing the selection and recruitment of personnel of PJSC "PIVNGOK". The purpose of the study is to substantiate the directions of improvement of the management system for recruitment and hiring of personnel of the enterprise. In order to achieve this goal, the following tasks need to be solved:  consider the essence and basic principles of personnel management;  define and characterize the goals and functions of the personnel management system;  to reveal the methods of search, selection and training of personnel at enterprises;  to provide an organizational and economic description of the enterprise under study;  to provide an analysis of the financial and economic indicators of the enterprise under study;  to substantiate the main directions of improvement of the personnel management system;  assess the feasibility of implementing the proposed measures. The object of the study is the processes of personnel development management at PJSC " PIVNGOK". Research methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, logical, monographic to substantiate theoretical and practical recommendations for improving the personnel development management system; grouping, formation of tables, diagrams, graphs. The practical significance of the results obtained in the work is to substantiate proposals for improving the management system for recruitment and hiring of personnel at PJSC "PIVNGOK". The economic effect of the proposed 6 measures is determined. The information base of the report is professional literature, materials of periodicals, statistical data and indicators of economic activity of PJSC "PIVNI GOK", results of own research and analysis.
