Психологічні умови розвитку творчого потенціалу студентської молоді в умовах дистанційного навчання

Abstract

Динамічні процеси, які відбуваються в економічному і політичному житті суспільства, актуалізують потребу в особистості, здатної усвідомлено та самостійно приймати рішення, гнучко реагувати на зміни обставин, підходити до вирішення проблем нетрадиційними шляхами, швидко адаптуватися до мінливих умов, створювати нове. Зростає значущість психолого-педагогічних досліджень, спрямованих на вивчення сутності творчого потенціалу особистості, визначення психологічних умов його розвитку. Розвиток творчих здібностей особистості є однією з центральних проблем психологічної науки, оскільки прогрес суспільства передбачає постійне оновлення знань, долання стереотипів і вироблення нових, нестандартних, часто несподіваних ідей, оригінальних підходів і способів їх втілення. Одним з головних психолого-педагогічних завдань за цих умов настає виховання особистості, здатної акумулювати і творчо переосмислити набутий досвід, досягнення людства в науці, культурі, мистецтві. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що обґрунтовано психологічні умови розвитку творчого потенціалу в студентському віці; розроблено структурну модель творчого потенціалу особистості студентського віку; дoслiджeнo oсoбливoстi прояву творчого потенціалу студентів; розширено, уточнено тa дoпoвнeнo вивчення таких oсoбистiсних утворень: креативність, творчість, обдарованість, творчі здібності, схильність до ризику, мотивація досягнення успіху, складність мислення; нaбулo пoдaльшoгo рoзвитку вивчeння фeнoмeну творчого потенціалу, знання про особливості розвитку творчого потенціалу особистості в пізньому юнацькому – ранньому дорослому віці.

The dynamic processes that take place in the economic and political life of society actualize the need for a person who is able to consciously and independently make decisions, flexibly respond to changes in circumstances, approach solving problems in unconventional ways, quickly adapt to changing conditions, and create new ones. The significance of psychological and pedagogical research aimed at studying the essence of the creative potential of an individual and determining the psychological conditions of its development is growing. The development of creative abilities of the individual is one of the central problems of psychological science, since the progress of society involves the constant updating of knowledge, overcoming stereotypes and the development of new, non-standard, often unexpected ideas, original approaches and ways of their implementation. Under these conditions, one of the main psychological and pedagogical tasks is the education of a personality capable of accumulating and creatively rethinking the acquired experience, the achievements of mankind in science, culture, and art. The scientific novelty of the study is that the psychological conditions for the development of creative potential at the student age are substantiated; a structural model of the creative potential of a student-age personality was developed; the possibility of manifestation of students' creative potential was investigated; expanded, clarified and supplemented the study of such personal formations: creativity, creativity, giftedness, creative abilities, propensity to risk, motivation to achieve success, complexity of thinking; the study of the phenomenon of creative potential, knowledge about the peculiarities of the development of the creative potential of an individual in late youth and early adulthood has gained further development.
