У результаті експерименту виявлено, що показники фізичної підготовленості дівчат 17-18 років, які використовували програму для підвищення фізичної підготовленості в умовах дистанційної форми навчання з використанням засобів фітболу, значно покращилися. Зафіксовані індивідуальні досягнення кожної учасниці, такі як покращення виконання певних вправ, збільшення часу тривалості тренувань. Отже, експериментальні дані підтверджують ефективність використання розробленої програми для підвищення фізичної підготовленості дівчат в умовах дистанційної форми навчання.

In the current times, when physical activity becomes even more crucial for maintaining health and mental well-being, particularly amidst stress and isolation, exploring the effectiveness of using fitball among girls aged 17-18 opens up new perspectives for learning and development. Regular physical activity, such as exercising with fitball, not only contributes to physical fitness but also plays a significant role in managing stress, improving mood, and enhancing overall quality of life. For adolescent girls, this is particularly important as they navigate through academic pressures, social challenges, and personal growth. As a result of the experiment, it was found that the indicators of physical fitness of girls aged 17-18 who used the program to enhance physical fitness in the conditions of distance learning with the use of fitness tools, significantly improved. Individual achievements of each participant were recorded, such as improvement in performing certain exercises and increase in the duration of training sessions. Therefore, the experimental data confirm the effectiveness of using the developed program to enhance the physical fitness of girls in the context of distance learning.
