Об’єкт дослідження – функціональний стан дихальної системи осіб із постковідною пневмонію.
Мета роботи – оцінка ефективності застосування засобів фізичної терапії в комплексній реабілітації пацієнтів з осередковими формами запалення легень після COVID-19.
Методи дослідження – аналіз та узагальнення літературних джерел; клінічний реабілітаційний інструментарій: оцінка категорійного профілю за МКФ на ріні «структури та функції» та «активності та участі»; спірометрія для визначення життєвої ємності легень; тонометрія для визначення артеріального тиску; функціональні проби для визначення часу затримки дихання на вдиху і на видиху; анкетування для визначення загального стану здоров’я; розрахункові для визначення функціонального стану системи зовнішнього дихання та серцево-судинної системи; методи математичної статистики.
На початку дослідження встановлено, що показники функціонального стану дихальної системи осіб, які перенесли запалення легень внаслідок COVID-19, не відповідають фізіологічній нормі, що знижує їх функціональні можливості та впливає на якість життя.
Проведене дослідження дозволило встановити, що застосування засобів фізичної терапії (респіраторної гімнастики, дренажних вправ, реабілітаційного масажу, синглетно-киснева терапія) в комплексній реабілітації в умовах спеціалізованого відділення, сприяє нормалізації показників та оптимізації функціонального стану дихальної системи осіб із пневмонією після перенесеного COVID-19.

The object of the research is the functional state of the respiratory system of people with post-covid pneumonia.
The purpose of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of physical therapy in the complex rehabilitation of patients with focal forms of lung inflammation after COVID-19.
Research methods – analysis and generalization of literary sources; clinical rehabilitation tools: assessment of the category profile according to the ICF in the field of «structure and function» and «activity and participation»; spirometry to determine the vital capacity of the lungs, tonometry to determine blood pressure, functional tests to determine the time of breath retention on inhalation and exhalation, questionnaires to determine the general state of health, calculations to determine the functional state of the external respiratory system and cardio-vascular system; methods of mathematical statistics.
At the beginning of the study, it was established that the indicators of the functional state of the respiratory system of persons who suffered pneumonia due to COVID-19 do not correspond to the physiological norm, which reduces their functional capabilities and affects the quality of life.
The conducted research made it possible to establish that the use of physical therapy (respiratory gymnastics, drainage exercises, rehabilitative massage, singlet oxygen therapy) in complex rehabilitation in the conditions of a specialized department contributes to the normalization of indicators and optimization of the functional state of the respiratory system of persons with pneumonia after suffering from COVID-19.
