Підвищення ефективності будівництва об’єктів цивільної інфраструктури за рахунок ВІМ-моделювання

Abstract

UA : Якщо розглядати проектне середовище, то ми рухаємось швидко – в ногу з часом. Щорічно BIM моделювання освоюють дедалі більше проектних організацій, щоб мати конкурентну перевагу. Але на стадії використання BIM моделей у будівництві та експлуатації поки що рухаємось повільно. У замовників не сформовано вимог до BIM моделей, немає розуміння їх подальшого використання. Але загалом бачу перспективи розвитку на Україні, згодом ситуація вирівнюється. BIM − Building Information Model, або повна інформаційна модель будівлі, що включає інформацію про об'єкт з моменту створення проекту до введення його в експлуатацію. Побудова інформаційної моделі будівлі дозволяє на етапі проектування оцінити ефективність інвестицій на всіх етапах її життєвого циклу. Адекватна оцінка вартості не тільки зведення будівлі, а й її експлуатації, реконструкції та зносу зробить очевидними переваги якісніших матеріалів та рішень. Зрештою їх вибір може призвести до економії на ремонтах та експлуатації, підвищення енергоефективності та довговічності.

EN : If we consider the project environment, we are moving quickly - keeping up with the times. Every year, more and more design organizations master BIM modeling in order to have a competitive advantage. But at the stage of using BIM models in construction and operation, we are still moving slowly. Customers have not formed requirements for BIM models, and have no understanding of their further use. But in general, I see prospects for development in Ukraine, and over time the situation will level out. BIM - Building Information Model, or a complete information model of a building, including information about the object from the moment the project is created until it is put into operation. The construction of a building information model allows, at the design stage, to evaluate the effectiveness of investments at all stages of its life cycle. An adequate assessment of the cost of not only the construction of a building, but also its operation, reconstruction and demolition will make the advantages of better materials and solutions obvious. Ultimately, their choice can lead to savings on repairs and operation, increased energy efficiency and durability.
