Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Організація антикризового управління у ТОВ «СВАРТЕКС» : 67 сторінок, 7 таблиці, 6 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 50 найменувань. Актуальність теми кваліфікаційного дослідження полягає в необхідності розробки та впровадження ефективних механізмів антикризового управління на підприємствах різних галузей та форм власності. Мета дослідження – систематизація та аналіз теоретичних засад антикризового управління, розробка рекомендацій з впровадження антикризових стратегій на підприємстві, а також вивчення практичного досвіду розв'язання кризових ситуацій на українських підприємствах. Об'єкт дослідження – ТОВ «СВАРТЕКС». Предметом дослідження є комплексний аналіз та розробка стратегій та методів управління, спрямованих на запобігання виникненню кризових ситуацій, ефективне управління в умовах кризи та відновлення стабільності та розвитку підприємства після її завершення. В роботі розглянуті теоретико-методологічні основи антикризового управління, а саме: сутність та принципи антикризового управління; фактори, що спричиняють кризу на підприємстві, а також методи та інструменти діагностики кризового стану на підприємстві; проведені оцінка і аналіз кризового стану ТОВ «СВАРТЕКС»; запропоновані стратегії виходу з кризової ситуації для підприємства.

The relevance of the topic of the qualification research lies in the need to develop and implement effective anti-crisis management mechanisms at enterprises of various industries and forms of ownership. The purpose of the study is to systematize and analyze the theoretical foundations of anti-crisis management, to develop recommendations for the implementation of anti-crisis strategies at the enterprise, as well as to study the practical experience of solving crisis situations at Ukrainian enterprises. The object of the research is «SVARTEX» LLC. The subject of the research is a comprehensive analysis and development of management strategies and methods aimed at preventing the emergence of crisis situations, effective management in crisis conditions and restoration of stability and development of the enterprise after its completion. The paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of anticrisis management, namely: the essence and principles of anti-crisis management; factors causing a crisis in the enterprise, as well as methods and tools for diagnosing a crisis state in the enterprise; assessment and analysis of the crisis situation of «SVARTEX» LLC are carried out; strategies for exiting the crisis situation for the enterprise are proposed.
