Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Інформаційні системи і технології як засоби інтенсифікації управлінської діяльності підприємства»: 60 сторінок, 6 таблиць, 4 рисунки, 1 формула, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань нараховує 25 найменувань. Об’єктом дослідження є інформаційні системи та технології впроваджені в ТОВ «Майстерня Друку А+». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз практичних аспектів інформаційних систем та технологій, як засобів інтенсифікації управлінської діяльності підприємства з метою розробки пропозицій щодо їх удосконалення. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок. Актуальність теми даної роботи обумовлена стрімким ростом і диференціацієї попиту на наукову, технічну та переважно економічну інформацію, а також зростаючий попит на зміст і форму подання даних є серйозними стимулами для розвитку інформаційних і комунікаційних технологій. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи інформаційних систем і технологій як засобів інтенсифікації управлінської діяльності підприємства. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ТОВ «Майстерня Друку А+», а також запропоновано заходи щодо впровадження новітніх інформаційних систем та технологій в діяльність досліджуваного підприємства. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ТОВ «Майстерня Друку А+» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze the practical aspects of information systems and technologies as a means of intensifying the management activities of the enterprise with the aim of developing proposals for their improvement. Research methods are descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphic, balance sheet, method of statistical analysis, grouping and generalization of data, expert assessments. The relevance of the topic of this work is due to the rapid growth and differentiation of demand for scientific, technical and mainly economic information, as well as the growing demand for the content and form of data presentation, which are serious incentives for the development of information and communication technologies. During the performance of the work, the theoretical foundations of information systems and technologies were considered as means of intensifying the management activity of the enterprise. On the basis of the theoretical material, the activities of "Printing Workshop A+" LLC were analyzed, and measures were proposed to introduce the latest information systems and technologies into the activities of the enterprise under study. The results obtained in the qualification work can be used by the management of "Printing Workshop A+" LLC in practical activities and will contribute to improving the activities of domestic enterprises.
