Мотивація персоналу в системі менеджменту ефективності ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД»

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Сільпо-Фуд». Предмет дослідження: система мотивації та методи стимулювання персоналу підприємства. Мета роботи полягає в аналізі внутрішнього середовища ТОВ «Сільпо», встановленні методів та засобів, які можуть бути використані для підвищення мотивації та стимулювання праці працівників на підприємстві. Методи дослідження: загальнонаукові і спеціальні, а саме: описовий, аналізу, порівняльний. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі вирішено наступні завдання: ознайомитись із теоретичними аспектами мотивації та стимулювання персоналу; дослідити теорії мотивації працівників та визначити, які з них можуть бути корисними для застосування на підприємстві; проаналізувати внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище підприємства ТОВ «Сільпо»; провести аналіз фінансово-економічного стану ТОВ «Сільпо»; вивчити існуючу практику стимулювання працівника на підприємстві; визначити специфічні потреби та очікування працівників на підприємстві, що виникли під час війни; запропонувати рекомендації щодо покращення системи мотивації та стимулювання праці для підвищення продуктивності праці та задоволеності роботою працівників. Роздрібна торгівля завжди була і залишається критично важливою галуззю, оскільки забезпечує людей продуктами та товарами першої необхідності. Незважаючи на війну, ця галузь продовжує працювати, але змушена оперативно адаптувати свої робочі процеси до нових надскладних умов. ТОВ «Сільпо» є прикладом одної з найбільших та найуспішніших торгівельних мереж України. Керівництво підприємства слідкує за інноваціями, дотримується принципів сталого розвитку і піклується про своїх співробітників навіть у найскрутніші часи. Інформаційною базою слугували вітчизняні та зарубіжні видання, матеріали із публікацій засобі масової інформації та фактичні дані зі звітів підприємства ТОВ «Сільпо».

EN : Object of the study: limited liability company "Silpo-Food". The subject of the study: the motivation system and methods of stimulating the company's personnel. The purpose of the work is to analyze the internal environment of "Silpo" LLC, to establish methods and tools that can be used to increase motivation and stimulate the work of employees at the enterprise. Research methods: general scientific and special, namely: descriptive, analysis, comparative. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks were solved in the work: to get acquainted with the theoretical aspects of motivation and stimulation of personnel; to investigate the theories of employee motivation and determine which of them can be useful for application in the enterprise; analyze the internal and external environment of Silpo LLC; conduct an analysis of the financial and economic status of Silpo LLC; to study the existing practice of employee stimulation at the enterprise; to determine the specific needs and expectations of employees at the enterprise that arose during the war; to propose recommendations for improving the system of motivation and work incentives to increase labor productivity and job satisfaction of employees. Retail trade has always been and remains a critically important industry, as it provides people with products and essential goods. Despite the war, this industry continues to work, but is forced to quickly adapt its work processes to the new extremely difficult conditions. "Silpo" LLC is an example of one of the largest and most successful retail chains in Ukraine. The management of the company follows innovations, adheres to the principles of sustainable development and takes care of its employees even in the most difficult times. The information base was served by domestic and foreign publications, materials from mass media publications and actual data from the reports of Silpo LLC.
