Формування соціального інклюзивного простору у міських громадах

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: аналіз та визначення стратегій формування інклюзивного соціального простору в міських громадах з метою покращення якості життя та забезпечення рівних можливостей для різних соціокультурних груп. Об’єкт дослідження: міські громади, у яких формується інклюзивний простір. Предмет дослідження: шляхи та умови формування соціального інклюзивного простору у міських громадах. Методи дослідження: мультидисциплінарний підхід, аналіз документів та звітів, анкетування та опитування. Гіпотеза: застосування комплексного підходу у формуванні соціально інклюзивного простору у міській громад покращує якість життя її членів та зменшує ризики їх соціального виключення. Висновки: 1. На сьогоднішній день було створено і прийнято багато нормативно-правових актів, зокрема, Закон України «Про соціальні послуги», Закон України «Про основи соціальної захищеності осіб з інвалідністю в Україні». 2. Відбувається трансформація усвідомлення суспільства теми інклюзії, це призводить до появи нових проектів для формування сучасного інклюзивного простору у міських громадах. 3. Взаємодія всіх зацікавлених сторін є важливою умовою для створення гармонійного та справедливого суспільства, де кожен громадянин має можливість реалізувати свій потенціал та брати активну участь у громадському житті.

EN : The purpose of research is to analyze and determine strategies for forming an inclusive social space in urban communities in order to improve the quality of life and ensure equal opportunities for different socio-cultural groups. The object of research is urban communities where the inclusive space is being formed. The subject of research is the ways and conditions of forming the social inclusive space in the urban communities. The research methods include a multidisciplinary approach, analysis of documents and reports, questionnaires and surveys. Research hypothesis: the application of a comprehensive approach in the formation of the social inclusive space in urban communities improving the quality of life of its members and reducing the risks of their social exclusion. Conclusions: 1. Presently, a number of normative legal acts have been created and adopted, in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On Social Services”, the Law of Ukraine “On the Basics of Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine”. 2. There is a transformation of society's understanding of the concept of inclusion that leads to the appearance of new projects for the formation of a modern inclusive space in urban communities. 3. The interaction of all interested parties is an important condition for building a harmonious and just society, where every citizen has the opportunity to realize his potential and take an active part in public life.
