UA : Об’єкт роботи: процес управління аутсорсингом на суб’єкті-підприємстві ЗЕД. Предмет роботи: теоретичні та практичні особливості управління аутсорсингом на суб’єкті-підприємстві ЗЕД. Мета роботи: теоретико-методичне обґрунтування особливостей управління аутсорсингом на суб’єкті-підприємстві ЗЕД. Для досягнення головної мети необхідно вирішити наступні завдання:  розкрити визначення аутсорсингу та його типи;  обґрунтувати управління аутсорсингом на підприємстві(ах);  дослідити методологію визначення переваг та недоліків аутсорсингу на підприємстві;  охарактеризувати господарську діяльність підприємства Softserve;  оцінити результативність аутсорсингу в SoftServe  дати оцінку ефективності зовнішньоекономічної діяльності Softserve; Методи дослідження: порівняння, аналіз, синтез, таблично-графічні методи, аналітичні. Практична значущість роботи. Запропоновані заходи удосконалення управління аутсорсингом на SoftServe можуть бути використані іншими підприємствами. Їх впровадження дозволить підвищити ефективність діяльності підприємства. Основні положення та результати дослідження отримали позитивну оцінку керівництва SoftServe.

To achieve the main goal, the following tasks must be solved:  reveal the definition of outsourcing and its types;  justify outsourcing management at the enterprise(s);  to investigate the methodology of determining the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing at the enterprise;  characterize the economic activity of the Softserve enterprise;  evaluate the effectiveness of outsourcing in SoftServe  give an assessment of the effectiveness of Softserve's foreign economic activity; Research methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis, tabular and graphic methods, analytical. Practical significance of the work. The proposed measures to improve outsourcing management at SoftServe can be used by other enterprises. Their implementation will improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The main provisions and results of the study received a positive assessment from the management of SoftServe.
