Особливості формування професійної Я-концепції медичних працівників середньої ланки

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 54 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 1 таблиця, 1 рисунок, 2 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 26 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є професійна "Я-концепція" медичних працівників середньої ланки. Неусталий процес інтеграції української держави у світовий економічний простір ставить перед нами актуальне завдання підготовки конкурентоспроможних фахівців ще на етапі їхньої професійної підготовки. У вітчизняному суспільстві особливо важливою стає потреба у випускниках, які мають глибокі знання та вміння за своїм фахом, розвинені уявлення про себе як професіоналів, позитивне ставлення до себе та своєї професійної спільноти, а також міцне бажання до успішної професійної самореалізації. У сучасній освітній системі України психологи активно працюють над підвищенням ефективності підготовки студентів усіх рівнів вищої освіти, зокрема, створенням умов для розвитку у них високорозвиненої професійної свідомості та самосвідомості. Наголошено на важливості імплементації Законів України «Про освіту» та «Про вищу освіту», зокрема, у підготовці нового типу фахівців у державних вищих навчальних закладах. Завданням української психологічної науки є обґрунтування психологічних умов і розробка ефективної програми психологічного супроводу розвитку професійної «Я-концепції» студентів, що навчаються у цих закладах. Адже розвинена професійна «Я-концепція» становить основу їх успішного професійного розвитку у майбутньому. Наукова новизна полягає у розробці та впровадженні програми із розвитку творчих здібностей у дітей дошкільного віку в умовах закладу дошкільної освіти.

The object of the study is the professional "self-concept" of middle-level medical workers. The constant process of integration of the Ukrainian state into the global economic space presents us with the urgent task of training competitive specialists even at the stage of their professional training. In the domestic society, the need for graduates who have deep knowledge and skills in their field, developed ideas about themselves as professionals, a positive attitude towards themselves and their professional community, as well as a strong desire for successful professional self-realization becomes especially important. In the modern educational system of Ukraine, psychologists are actively working to improve the effectiveness of training students at all levels of higher education, in particular, to create conditions for the development of their highly developed professional awareness and self-awareness. The importance of the implementation of the Laws of Ukraine "On Education" and "On Higher Education", in particular, in the training of a new type of specialists in state higher education institutions, was emphasized. The task of Ukrainian psychological science is the substantiation of psychological conditions and the development of an effective program of psychological support for the development of the professional "self-concept" of students studying in these institutions. After all, a developed professional "self-concept" is the basis of their successful professional development in the future. The scientific novelty consists in the development and implementation of a program for the development of creative abilities in preschool children in the conditions of a preschool education institution.
