Формування кадрової політики підприємства ТОВ «Нова пошта»

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: теоретичні аспекти формування та ведення кадрової політики на підприємстві. Предмет дослідження: теоретичні основи формування кадрової політики організації. Мета дослідження: аналіз теоретичних аспектів ведення кадрової політики і надання пропозицій щодо підвищення її ефективності на основі дослідження кадрової політики ТОВ «Нова Пошта». Методи дослідження: діалектичний, розрахунково-аналітичний, табличний та графічний методи, статистичний та порівняльний аналіз. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи визначено поняття кадрової політики на підприємстві, її етапи формування та показники ефективності. У другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розглянуто організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності, проведено аналіз стану кадрової політики компанії ТОВ «Нова пошта» та визначено напрямки її поліпшення.

EN : The object of the research: theoretical aspects of the formation and management of personnel policy at the enterprise. The subject of the research: the theoretical foundations of the formation of the organization's personnel policy. The purpose of the study: analysis of the theoretical aspects of personnel policy management and the provision of proposals for improving its effectiveness based on the study of the personnel policy of «New Post» LLC. Research methods: dialectical, calculation-analytical, tabular and graphic methods, statistical and comparative analysis. In the first section of the qualification work, the concept of personnel policy at the enterprise, its stages of formation and performance indicators are defined. In the second section of the qualification work, the organizational and economic characteristics of the activity were considered, an analysis of the personnel policy of «New Post» LLC was carried out, and directions for its improvement were determined.
