UA : Робота викладена на 78 сторінках, 13 рисунків, 6 таблиць, 2 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: виступає – психологічна готовність жінок до материнства. Вивчення материнства як психологічного феномену розпочалися порівняно нещодавно, хоча проблемі взаємозв’язку між матір’ю та дитиною приділено чимало уваги в працях вітчизняних і зарубіжних науковців. Слід зазначити, що феномен материнства в сучасних працях дослідників як психологічний феномен розглядається з двох позицій: 1. материнство як частина особистості жінки; 2. материнство як здатність забезпечити комфортні умови для повноцінного розвитку дитини. Наукова новизна кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в том, що для більшості жінок готовність до материнства є важливою метою в житті, саме в віці 18-30 років рівень готовності до материнства менший, тому що в цей віковий період цінності жінки є: професійний розвиток; поліпшенням фінансового становища; спілкування та розваги. А після 30 років готовність до материнства є вища, тому що жінка свідомо ставиться до вагітності, материнства, до сім'ї.

Studies of motherhood as a psychological phenomenon have begun relatively recently, although much attention has been paid to the problem of the relationship between mother and child in the writings of domestic and foreign scholars. It should be noted that the phenomenon of motherhood in contemporary writings of researchers as a psychological phenomenon is considered from two positions: 1. motherhood as part of the woman's personality; 2. motherhood as the ability to provide comfortable conditions for the full development of the child. The scientific novelty of qualification work is that, for most women, maternity readiness is an important goal in life; it is at the age of 18-30 that the level of readiness for motherhood is lower, because in this age period, women's values are: professional development; improving financial position; communication and entertainment. And after 30 years, the readiness for motherhood is higher because the woman consciously treats pregnancy, motherhood, and family.
