Дослідження стійкості та підвищення ресурсоємності виливниць в умовах ПАТ «Запоріжсталь»

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання дослідити стійкості та можливість підвищення ресурсоємності виливниць в умовах ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». Представлена аналітична характеристика конструкції, застосування і виготовлення виливниць. Наведена характеристика застосовуваних на ПАТ «Запоріжсталь» виливниць та розглянута технологія та конструкційні особливості підготовки сталерозливних составів в умовах ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». Визначено ряд причин, які мають вплив на стійкість виливниць в умовах їх експлуатування. Проведено аналіз потенційно шкідливих і небезпечних чинників виробничого середовища в умовах цеху підготовки составів, розроблено заходи захисту від впливу небезпечних і шкідливих чинників виробничого середовища.

EN : The task of the work is to investigate the stability and the possibility of increasing the resource capacity of casting molds in the conditions of PJSC "Zaporizhstal". Analytical characteristics of the design, application and manufacture of casting molds are presented. The characteristics of the casting machines used at PJSC "Zaporizhstal" are given, and the technology and design features of the preparation of steel castings in the conditions of PJSC "Zaporizhstal" are considered. A number of reasons have been identified that have an impact on the stability of castings in the conditions of their operation. The analysis of potentially harmful and dangerous factors of the production environment in the conditions of the composition preparation shop was carried out, and protection measures against the influence of dangerous and harmful factors of the production environment were developed.
