UA : У роботі ставиться завдання розробки та впровадження в виробництво сучасних засобів розливання мартенівської сталі. Розглянуто стан теорії розливання сталі в виливниці, процеси, які відбуваються при цьому, та використане обладнання. Наведений опис будови двохванної печі та приведений розрахунки матеріального і теплового балансу плавки. Розглянута технологія розливання сталі марки 35ГС в умовах ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». Розроблено технологію сифонного розливання сталі 35ГС. Теоретично обґрунтована необхідність застосування утеплюючих сумішей при розливанні. Проведений аналіз потенційно шкідливих і небезпечних чинників виробничого середовища в умовах мартенівського цеху, розроблено заходи захисту від впливу небезпечних і шкідливих чинників виробничого середовища.
EN : The work sets the task of developing and introducing into production modern means for casting open-hearth steel. The state of the theory of steel casting in a mold, the processes occurring during this process and the equipment used are considered. A description of the structure of a two-bath furnace is presented and calculations of the material and heat balance of smelting are given. The technology of casting steel grade 35ГС in the conditions of РJSC "Zaporozhstal" is considered. A technology for siphon casting of 35ГС steel has been developed. The necessity of using insulating mixtures during casting is theoretically justified. An analysis of potentially harmful and hazardous factors in the production environment in the open-hearth shop was carried out, and measures were developed to protect against the effects of hazardous and harmful factors in the production environment.
