Роль новітніх інформаційно-комунікативних технологій в сучасних виборчих кампаніях

Abstract

UA : Сьогодні США багатьма аналітиками та експертами вважаються світовим лідером, це вимірюється через військові, економічні, територіальні, демографічні та багато інших показників. Але, з кожним роком міць Сполучених Штатів на міжнародній арені стає усе менше: виведення військ с Афганістану, порушення хуситами судноплавства в районі Червоного моря та Суецького каналу та вкрай повільна і не пропорційна допомога Україні у війні з росією. Усі ці фактори в купі з внутрішніми проблемами спонукають США передивитися свою зовнішню стратегію, і одним із варіантів вирішення кризи бачать у політиці ізоляціонізму. Проблемна ситуація. Сполучені Штати Америки є одним із ключових стратегічних партнерів для України. Це демонструє як і підписаний ленд-ліз допомога зброєю, так і численні заявами представників американської влади. Тому, вкрай важливо досліджувати внутрішні та зовнішні політичні тенденції в США задля того, щоб правильно реагувати на можливі зміни у міжнародній стратегії США. Розглядаючи доволі схвальні заяви представників республіканської партії про прийняття політики ізоляціонізму, розуміємо що ця політика вкрай негативно якщо не фатально відобразиться на допомозі Україні у війні з росією. І наслідки такої політики будуть негативні не тільки для України та Європи, а й для самих Сполучених Штатів Америки.

EN : Today, the USA is considered by many analysts and experts to be the world leader, this is measured through military, economic, territorial, demographic and many other indicators. But every year, the power of the United States in the international arena is becoming less and less: the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, the Houthis' violation of navigation in the Red Sea and Suez Canal, and extremely slow and disproportionate assistance to Ukraine in the war with Russia. All these factors, together with internal problems, prompt the United States to reconsider its foreign strategy, and one of the options for solving the crisis is seen in the policy of isolationism. A problematic situation. The United States of America is one of the key strategic partners for Ukraine. This is demonstrated both by the signed lend-lease assistance with weapons and by numerous statements of representatives of the American authorities. Therefore, it is extremely important to study internal and external political trends in the United States in order to properly respond to possible changes in the international strategy of the United States. Considering the rather favorable statements of the representatives of the Republican Party about the adoption of the policy of isolationism, we understand that this policy will have an extremely negative, if not fatal, effect on the aid to Ukraine in the war with Russia. And the consequences of such a policy will be negative not only for Ukraine and Europe, but also for the United States of America itself.
