Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: процес організації кредитування міжнародного бізнесу. Предмет дослідження: особливості процесу організації кредитування міжнародного бізнесу АТ «Райффайзен банк». Мета дослідження: визначення особливостей організації кредитування міжнародного бізнесу банківською установою. Методи дослідження: узагальнення та логічний аналіз, статистичне порівняння, методи фінансово-економічного аналізу, графічні та табличні методи. Організацію банківського кредитування визначено як послідовність кроків, через надання фінансових ресурсів на певних умовами та із забезпеченням їх повернення. Особливості кредитування міжнародного бізнесу включають валютні операції, кореспондентські відносини та високий рівень кваліфікації працівників. Ефективність кредитування міжнародного бізнесу визначено як отримання прибутку банком та підтримку українських компаній на глобальному ринку, що сприяє підвищенню прибутковості національної економіки. Надана організаційно-економічна характеристика АТ «Райффайзен банк», проаналізовано його кредитний портфель та проведено оцінку кредитування міжнародного бізнесу. Надано прогнозну оцінку обсягів кредитування міжнародного бізнесу на 2024 р. Розроблені пропозиції для удосконалення організації кредитування міжнародного бізнесу АТ «Райффайзен банк». Інформаційна база роботи: законодавство України, посібники, наукові статті, дослідження, звітність АТ «Райффайзен банк».

EN : The object of the research: the process of organization of international business lending. The subject of the research: peculiarities of the process of organizing international business lending in Raiffeisen Bank. The purpose of the thesis for the master’s degree is to determinate of peculiarities of organizing international business lending by a banking institution. The research methods: generalization and logical analysis, statistical comparison, methods of financial and economic analysis, graphical and tabular methods. The organization of bank lending is defined as a sequence of steps, through the provision of financial resources on certain terms and ensuring their return. Peculiarities of international business lending include currency transactions, correspondent relations, and a high level of employee qualification. The effectiveness of international business lending is defined as the bank's profit and support for Ukrainian companies on the global market, which contributes to increasing the profitability of the national economy. The organizational and economic characteristic of Raiffeisen Bank were provided, its credit portfolio was analyzed, and an evaluation of international business lending was carried out. A forecast estimate of international business lending volumes for 2024 was provided. Proposals have been developed for improving the organization of international business lending Raiffeisen Bank.
