Огляд особливостей технології виплавки трубних марок сталей

Abstract

UA : Проаналізовано вітчизняні та міжнародні стандарти, технічні умовами, згідно яких регламентується виробництво, постачання, маркування, експлуатація, замовлення, зберігання, випробування та інше різних груп трубних марок сталей. Розглянуто призначення, фізико-механічні властивості, особливості мікроструктури жароміцної низьколегованої сталі марки 12Х1МФ. Запропоновано технологічну схему виробництва сталі марки 12Х1МФ. Приведено розрахунок шихти на виплавку сталі марки 12Х1МФ, розрахунок геометричних параметрів дугової сталеплавильної печі та розрахунок кількості машин безперервного лиття заготовок. Наведено результати дослідження мікроструктури і властивостей зразків, виконаних з фрагментів труб паропроводів зі сталі 12Х1МФ. Дослідження дозволяють визначити вплив тривалого впливу температури і тиску на деградацію мікроструктури на зразках.

EN : Analyzed domestic and international standards, technical conditions, according to which the production, supply, marking, operation, ordering, storage, testing, etc. of various groups of pipe grades of steel are regulated. Purpose, physical and mechanical properties, features of the microstructure of heat-resistant low-alloy steel grade 12Х1МФ are considered. A technological scheme for the production of 12Х1МФ steel is proposed. The calculation of the charge for melting 12Х1МФ steel, the calculation of the geometric parameters of the arc steel melting furnace, and the calculation of the number of machines for continuous casting of blanks are given. The results of the study of the microstructure and properties of samples made from fragments of steam pipes made of 12Х1МФ steel are given. Research allows to determine the effect of long-term exposure to temperature and pressure on the degradation of the microstructure of the samples.
