Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з 50 сторінок, 2 додатків, 56 літературних джерел Мета роботи – аналіз традицій столового етикету Нідерландів. Для досягнення мети було поставлено та вирішено такі завдання: – визначити теоретичні основи столового етикету; – схарактеризувати особливості культури обслуговування Нідерландів; – проаналізувати традиції столового етикету Нідерландів та виконати їх порівняння з іншими країнами. Об’єкт дослідження : столовий етикет. Предмет дослідження: історичні та сучасні аспекти столового етикету Нідерландів. В роботі розкрито теоретичні основи столового етикету, правила сервірування та подачі блюд в деяких європейських та східних країнах. Розкрито особливості столового етикету Нідерландів. Виконано порівняльну характеристику таких країн як Нідерланди та Франція, Італія, Іспанія, Японія, Китай та Індія.

To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved: - to determine the theoretical foundations of table etiquette; - characterize the peculiarities of the service culture of the Netherlands; - analyze the traditions of table etiquette in the Netherlands and compare them with other countries. Object of research: table etiquette. Research subject: historical and modern aspects of table etiquette in the Netherlands. The theoretical foundations of table etiquette, the rules of serving and serving dishes in some European and Eastern countries are revealed in the work. The peculiarities of the table etiquette of the Netherlands are revealed. The comparative characteristics of such countries as the Netherlands and France, Italy, Spain, Japan, China and India were performed.
