Соціальна робота з молодими сім'ями в умовах війни

Abstract

UA : Метою є дослідити соціальну роботу з молодими сім'ями в умовах війни, з'ясувати чинники оптимізації її розвитку, а також її перспективи в умовах повоєнної відбудови в Україні. Об’єкт дослідження – соціальна робота з сім’ями. Предмет дослідження – соціальна робота з молодими сім’ями в умовах війни, чинники оптимізації її розвитку, а також її перспективи у умовах повоєнної відбудови в Україні. Методи дослідження: історичний, спостереження, аналіз, синтез, абстрагування, узагальнення. Гіпотеза: Соціальна робота з молодою сім'єю буде більш ефективною, якщо розробити комплексну програму соціальної роботи безпосередньо з молодою сім'єю. Висновки: 1. Соціальна робота з молодими сім'ями в умовах війни вимагає комплексного та інтегрованого підходу, що ґрунтується на глибокому розумінні контекстуальних особливостей кожної конкретної сім'ї. 2.Діяльність держави в напрямку молодих сімей повинна бути спрямована на створення ефективної, доступної та стійкої системи соціального захисту, здатної відповісти на виклики сучасності та забезпечити підтримку громадян в умовах кризи. Належна підготовка соціальних працівників, наявність ресурсів, співпраця з іншими організаціями, використання інноваційних технологій та участь сімей у процесі роботи - усі ці елементи сприяють покращенню ефективності соціальної підтримки молодих сімей у період війни.

EN : The goal is to investigate social work with young families in the conditions of war, to find out the factors of optimization of its development, as well as its prospects in the conditions of post-war reconstruction in Ukraine. The object of research is social work with families. The subject of the research is social work with young families in the conditions of war, factors of optimization of its development, as well as its prospects in the conditions of post-war reconstruction in Ukraine. Research methods: historical, observation, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization. Hypothesis: Social work with a young family will be more effective if a comprehensive program of social work is developed directly with a young family. Conclusions: 1. Social work with young families in the conditions of war requires a complex and integrated approach based on a deep understanding of the contextual features of each specific family. 2. The state's activities in the direction of young families should be aimed at creating an effective, accessible and sustainable system of social protection, capable of responding to the challenges of modern times and providing support to citizens in crisis conditions. Proper training of social workers, availability of resources, cooperation with other organizations, use of innovative technologies and participation of families in the work process – all these elements contribute to improving the effectiveness of social support for young families during the war.
