У роботі описані основні різновиди фасадів, що одержали найбільше
поширення в житловому будівництві. Розглянуто фактори, що впливають на
довговічність, швидкість зведення і ціну, проаналізовано основні переваги та
недоліки традиційних і сучасних фасадів. Обґрунтовані критерії оптимальності
та проведен порівняльний аналіз технологічних рішень перспективних методів
з оздоблення фасадів будівель і сформульовані загальні рекомендації
застосовності оздоблення фасадів будівель з точки зору технологічних рішень і
матеріальних витрат.

The main types of facades that are most widely used in residential
construction are described in the paper. The factors that influence the durability,
speed of erection and price are considered, the main advantages and disadvantages of
traditional and modern facades are analyzed. The optimality criteria are substantiated
and the comparative analysis of technological solutions of perspective methods for
the facade decoration of buildings is made and the general recommendations of the
applicability of the facade decoration of buildings in terms of technological solutions
and material costs are formulated.
