Соціально-виховна діяльність куратора у процесі соціалізації студентів педагогічного коледжу

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: технології соціально-педагогічної роботи та процес соціалізації учнівської молоді в умовах педагогічного коледжу. Актуальність роботи полягає в соціальній значущості проблеми соціально-виховної ролі та змісту діяльності кураторів у середньому спеціальному закладі педагогічного профілю, а також недостатній її дослідженості. В роботі проаналізовано особливості соціально-виховної діяльності куратора у коледжі, визначено соціально-педагогічну роль куратора у процесі соціалізації студентської молоді, експериментально досліджено форми і методи соціально-виховної роботи у педагогічному коледжі. Наукова новизна полягає в розробці соціально-педагогічних технологій підготовки майбутніх вчителів.

The object of the study: technologies of social and pedagogical work and the process of socialization of student youth in the conditions of a pedagogical college. The relevance of the work lies in the social significance of the problem of social and educational role and content of the activity of the curators in the secondary special institution of pedagogical profile, as well as its lack of research. The peculiarities of social and educational activity of the curator in college are analyzed in the work, the socio-pedagogical role of the curator in the process of socialization of student youth is determined, the forms and methods of social and educational work in the pedagogical college are experimentally investigated. The scientific novelty is the development of socio-pedagogical technologies for the training of future teachers.
