Формування педагогічного авторитету майбутнього вчителя в процесі фахової підготовки

Abstract

Актуальність роботи визначається необхідністю більш повного розкриття значення особистості педагога, його професійно-педагогічної позиції і його авторитету в нових культурно-історичних умовах. В роботі проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття «педагогічний авторитет», визначено структуру педагогічного авторитету вчителя, обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування авторитету майбутнього вчителя, досліджено процес формування педагогічного авторитету вчителя в процесі фахової підготовки. Наукова новизна полягає в систематизації матеріалу про сутність, структуру та педагогічні умови формування авторитету майбутнього вчителя.

The urgency of the work is determined by the need for fuller disclosure of the importance of the teacher's personality, his professional-pedagogical position and his authority in the new cultural and historical conditions. The paper analyzes theoretical approaches to the definition of the term "pedagogical authority", defines the structure of pedagogical authority of the teacher, substantiates pedagogical conditions for the formation of the authority of the future teacher, investigates the process of forming the pedagogical authority of the teacher in the process of professional training. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of material about the nature, structure and pedagogical conditions of forming the authority of a future teacher.
