Психологічні особливості взаємозв’язку між установками та мотивацією студентів у процесі навчання у закладі вищої освіти

Abstract

Студент приходить в університет, керований багатьма установками, але саме по собі отримання теоретичних знань і практичних умінь не завжди є головним джерелом мотивації для студентів. Тому проблема розвитку мотивації є надзвичайно актуальною і значущою. З іншого боку – це визначається значним зростанням зацікавленості людей у реалізації інтелектуального, особистісного і творчого потенціалу людини як найважливіших джерел її досягнень, які є основою прогресивного розвитку сучасного високотехнологічного суспільства. Завдяки поняттю установка, можна певною мірою пояснити мотив поведінки. При цьому, як і раніше, в психологічній літературі найбільш досліджена сторона розуміння установки, як якоїсь готовності або ставлення готовності до діяльності, взаємозв’язок і формування на основі установки мотивів діяльності. Наукова новизна кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в теоретично та емпірично було обґрунтовано сутність та зміст установками та її взаємозв’язок із мотивацією навчальної діяльності студентів.

A student comes to a university that is driven by many settings, but in itself obtaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills is not always a major source of motivation for students. Therefore, the problem of motivation development is extremely important and significant. On the other hand, this is determined by the significant increase in people's interest in realizing the intellectual, personal and creative potential of man as the most important sources of his achievements, which are the basis for the progressive development of modern high-tech society. Due to the concept of installation, one can explain to some extent the motive of behavior. At the same time, in the psychological literature, the most researched side is the understanding of the installation, as some readiness or attitude of readiness for activity, interrelation and formation on the basis of setting of motives of activity. The scientific novelty of the qualification work is to theoretically and empirically substantiate the nature and content of the settings and its relationship with the motivation of students' learning activities.
