Обґрунтовані заходи підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності. Надані практичні рекомендації щодо управління конкурентоспроможністю на підприємстві ПАТ «Запоріжсталь».
EN : The analysis of the main factors of competitiveness of the enterprise as a means of achieving its strategic stability. The main factors influencing the level of competitiveness and the main mechanisms of increasing the level of competitiveness are analyzed taking into account the domestic and foreign experience of the enterprises. The main competitors of "Zaporizhstal" are characterized and the main competitive advantages and disadvantages that affect the level of competitiveness are identified. Measures to increase the level of competitiveness are justified. Practical recommendations on competitiveness management at the enterprise of "Zaporizhstal" are given.
