Моделювання інфраструктурних проектів розвитку міських громад

Abstract

UA : Проведено аналіз теоретичних аспектів планування сталого розвитку територіальних громад. Досліджено сутність понять "розвиток", "транспортна інфраструктура", "інфраструктурний проект". Застосовано метод моделювання системних характеристик інвестиційних проектів до управління ризиком інвестиційного портфеля розвитку громади. Запропоновано інфраструктурний проект "Next Bike ZP", спрямований на розвиток велоінфраструктури Запорізької територіальної громади, та здійснено моделювання системи показників його ефективності.

EN : Theoretical aspects of planning of sustainable development of territorial communities are analyzed. The essence of the concepts of "development", "transport infrastructure", "infrastructure project" is investigated. The method of modeling the system characteristics of investment projects to the risk management of the community investment portfolio has been applied. The «Next Bike ZP» infrastructural project aimed at the development of the bicycle infrastructure of the Zaporizhzhya Territorial Community was proposed and the system of performance indicators was modeled.
