UA : Виконано аналіз статистичних даних споживання електричної енергії обладнанням цеху №1. Одним із основних шляхів скорочення обсягів споживання електричної енергії обладнанням підприємства є модернізація електрообладнання сушарок (сушильних барабанів). Запропоновано та розраховано перетворювач частоти та система керування перетворювачем. Розроблена та реалізована комп’ютерна модель системи керування електропривода сушарки з моделюванням перехідних процесів пуску системи перетворювач частоти асинхронний двигун димососа.
EN : The analysis of statistics of electricity consumption by equipment of shop # 1 was performed. One of the main ways to reduce the amount of electricity consumed by the equipment of the enterprise is to modernize the electrical equipment of dryers (tumble dryers). Frequency converter and converter control system are proposed and calculated. A computer model of the drier control system with simulation of transient start-ups of the system is developed and implemented as a frequency induction induction motor of the smoke pump.
