Основи методики розслідування злочинів, пов’язаних із експлуатацією дітей

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота складається з 90 сторінок, містить 80 джерел використаної інформації. Розбудова правової держави та розвиток демократичних засад суспільного життя передбачають визнання пріоритету загальнолюдських цінностей. Свобода людини є найважливішим благом і необхідною умовою розвитку особи та суспільства загалом, а її порушення – кримінально караним злочином. Особливо актуальною є вона сьогодні також для України, де торгівля людьми, а також експлуатація дітей, набула значного поширення. Збільшення масштабів такої злочинності становить реальну загрозу для безпеки держави й суспільства, адже вона посилює свої позиції з огляду на монополізацію багатьох видів протиправної діяльності, відсутність надійних механізмів протидії. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є комплексний аналіз та детальне дослідження основ методики розслідування злочинів, пов’язаних із експлуатацією дітей, проблемних аспектів підготовки та проведення розслідуванні експлуатації дітей

EN : Qualifying work consists of 90 pages, contains 80 sources of information used. The development of the rule of law and the development of democratic foundations of social life imply recognition of the priority of universal values. Freedom is the most important good and a prerequisite for the development of the individual and society as a whole, and its violation is a criminal offense. It is especially relevant today also in Ukraine, where trafficking in human beings and the exploitation of children have become widespread. The increase in the scale of such crime poses a real threat to the security of the state and society, since it strengthens its position in view of the monopolization of many types of illegal activity, and the lack of reliable mechanisms for counteraction. The aim of the qualifying work is conceptual analysis and detailed study of the basics of the methodology for investigating crimes related to child exploitation, the problematic aspects of preparing and investigating child exploitation. The object of study of this work is the public relations that arise in the investigation of child exploitation.
