Міжнародна трудова міграція та її вплив на продуктивність секторів економіки України

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра: 116 с., 11 рис., 7 табл., 104 джерел, 0 додатків. Об’єктом дослідження є процес міжнародної трудової міграції України в сучасних умовах. Предметом дослідження є науково–методичні аспекти впливу міжнародної трудової міграції на економічний розвиток України. Мета роботи – обґрунтування теоретичних засад, методичних підходів та дослідження особливостей зовнішніх міграційних процесів в Україні і світі. Теоретичне дослідження здійснювалось на основі синтезу методів філософського, соціологічного та загальнонаукового аналізу, зокрема використовується метод узагальнення (для вивчення особливостей перебігу трудових міграцій в Україні та світі), системний (для дослідження трудової міграції як явища загалом), метод аналогії (при розгляді міжнародного досвіду управління трудовими міграціями та можливості його застосування в Україні). Для дослідження зміни характеристик у часі використовувався динамічний метод, а для подання фактичного матеріалу – графічний, табличний та картографічний. У роботі розкрито зміст поняття міжнародної трудової міграції, визначено фактори розвитку та методи регулювання трудової міграції. Проаналізовано масштаби та тенденції розвитку української трудової міграції, проведено оцінку впливу міграційних процесів на фінансовий та економічний сектори. Розглянуто методи регулювання міграційних процесів в міжнародній практиці та запропоновано шляхи удосконалення державного регулювання української трудової міграції.

The object of the study is the process of international labor migration of Ukraine in the current conditions. The subject of the study is the scientific and methodological aspects of the impact of international labor migration on the economic development of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to substantiate theoretical principles, methodological approaches and study the features of external migration processes in Ukraine and the world. In the process of research, the following scientific results were obtained: Theoretical research was carried out on the basis of synthesis of methods of philosophical, sociological and general scientific analysis, in particular the method of generalization (to study the peculiarities of labor migration in Ukraine and the world), systemic (for the study of labor migration as a phenomenon in general), the method of analogy (when considering international management experience). labor migration and its possibilities for use in Ukraine), questionnaire (when studying the peculiarities of internal labor migration of the population of Ukraine). A dynamic method was used to investigate the change in characteristics, and graphic, tabular, and cartographic materials were used to represent the actual material. The methods of research: system and structural method, theoretical generalization, logical generalization, comparative analysis, deductive, marketing analysis, etc. The article describes the meaning of the concept of international labor migration, identifies the general migration factors of attraction of labor migrants: economic, socio–cultural, environmental and political. Directions of regulation of the processes of external labor migration were established, which allowed to distinguish state and market levers of influence. According to the results of the analysis of the scale and tendencies of the development of Ukrainian labor migration, the volumes, main causes, structure and directions of migration movements have been determined. The impact of migration processes on the financial and manufacturing sectors is analyzed. The socio–economic consequences of Ukrainian labor migration have been analyzed. International experience in the regulation of migration processes has been researched. The national migration policy of the countries of Europe and the USA governing the process of international labor migration is analyzed. Various schemes have been identified for attracting migrants to the labor market, controlling migration flows, integration policies, programs for dealing with the so-called second generation – children of migrants. An analysis and understanding of the failures of foreign migration policy was carried out: analysis of misses or late intervention by certain authorities. As a result of the analysis, recommendations were made on improving the mechanism of regulation of migration flows and migration policy of Ukraine.
