Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 111 с., 11 рис., 3 табл., 70 джерел, 1 додаток. Об’єктом дослідження є науково-методичні основи співробітництва України з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями. Предмет дослідження – сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів впливу міжнародних фінансових організацій на економіку України. Мета роботи – проведення комплексного аналізу тенденцій співпраці України з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями. У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати: 1) узагальнено сутність, завдання та основні напрями діяльності МФО; 2) проаналізовано досвід реалізації проектів МФО в Україні; 3) систематизовано сучасні тенденції та основні проблеми співробітництва України з МФО; 4) обґрунтовано важливість фінансового співробітництва з міжнародними інституціями у розвитку національної економіки; 5) удосконалено організаційно-економічні механізми співпраці України з МФО; 6) запропоновано пріоритетні шляхи подальшого співробітництва України з провідними фінансовими інституціями. Методи дослідження: аналітичний, історичний, економіко-математичний, метод аналізу та синтезу, графічний та ін.

EN : Qualifying work of the master: 111 pages, 11 figures, 3 tables, 70 sources, 1 application. The object of the research is the scientific and methodological foundations of cooperation of Ukraine with international financial organizations. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the influence of international financial organizations on the economy of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the tendencies of cooperation of Ukraine with international financial organizations. In the process of research, the following scientific results were obtained: 1) generalized the nature, tasks and main activities of МFIs. It is advisable to propose the following definition: international financial institutions - a set of economic relations, interconnected by forms and methods of accumulation, distribution of funds, which are part of the international financial credit system, and whose activities are regulated by the united states in accordance with the provisions of the constituent documents. 2) analyzed the experience of implementing MFI projects in Ukraine. Considering the experience of providing IMF tranches, implementation of major projects of the World Bank, EBRD and EIB in Ukraine, we can conclude that these financial institutions allocate some funds for improvement of the economic situation in Ukraine, implementation of institutional and structural reforms, preparation and implementation of long-term investment projects that correspond to priority directions of economic development of Ukraine. 3) systematized current trends and major problems of Ukraine's cooperation with MFIs. Our country is involved in the work of the IMF, the World Bank Group, the EIB, the EBRD. Ukraine's cooperation with these organizations is a necessary source of additional funding for the national economy. 4) substantiated the importance of financial cooperation with international institutions in the development of the national economy. Today, Ukraine's economic activity is practically impossible without the involvement of international finance. The activities of international financial institutions are becoming increasingly important for Ukraine. Ukraine's cooperation with these organizations is a necessary source of additional funding for the national economy. 5) improved organizational and economic mechanisms of cooperation of Ukraine with MFIs. On the whole, the development of cooperation with the IMF, the WB, the EBRD and the EIB should be carried out in accordance with the long-term strategy of cooperation of Ukraine with international financial organizations, which should be an integral part of the General Concept of Ukraine's foreign economic policy. 6) proposed priority ways of further cooperation of Ukraine with leading financial institutions. Priorities of Ukraine's further cooperation with MFIs are: maximum compliance of the forms and methods of providing assistance to MFIs to the needs of economic and social development of Ukraine; promoting investment in manufacturing as well as in services and the financial sector and related infrastructure and others. Methods of research: analytical, historical, economic-mathematical, method of analysis and synthesis, graphic, etc.
