Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 106 с., 9 рис., 7 табл., 56 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є розвиток економічних відносин України та ЄС. Предметом дослідження є короткотермінові та довготермінові перспективи розвитку економічних відносин України та ЄС. Мета роботи – обґрунтування теоретичних засад, методичних підходів та практичних рекомендацій щодо розвитку економічних відносин України та ЄС. Метод дослідження – діалектичний метод наукового пізнання, метод теоретичного узагальнення, системного аналізу, синтезу, методи статистичного та математичного аналізу, методи порівняльного аналізу. В роботі досліджуються теоретичні основи зовнішньоекономічних відносин України та ЄС; регіональної політики, як чинника розвитку зовнішньоекономічних відносин країни; методологічні основи досліджень зовнішньоекономічних відносин країни. Проаналізовано тенденції торговельно-економічної співпраці України та ЄС та інвестиційну політику України та ЄС. Розглянуто проблеми та перспективи розвитку зовнішньоекономічних відносин України та ЄС; надано сценарії розвитку економічних відносин України та ЄС.

The thesis covers the substantiation of theoretical principles, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the development of economic relations between Ukraine and the EU. In accordance with the purpose of the research in the work set the following objectives: establish the essential content and main characteristics of the concepts: "foreign economic relations", "international cooperation", "regional development"; consider regional policy as a factor in the development of foreign economic relations of the country; to consider the methodological bases of the study of foreign economic relations of the country; analyze the development of trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and the EU; analyze the investment policy of Ukraine and the EU; to identify problems and prospects of Ukraine-EU integration; review scenarios for the development of foreign economic relations between Ukraine and the EU. The subject of research is the foreign economic relations of Ukraine. The subject of the study is regional policy, as a factor in the development of foreign economic relations of the country. It is specified: the essence of the categories "foreign economic relations", "region", and formulated the author's definition of the concepts of "foreign economic relations" (instrument of influence on the economic system of the state, carried out through the mechanism of foreign economic activity, the totality of trade and economic, monetary and financial and credit-settlement, industrial-economic, cooperative, and scientific-technical relations of the country with foreign states; a complex system of various forms of international cooperation of states and their subjects in all x sectors of the economy); "Region" (integral socioeconomic system, which is a definite territorial unit with its structural elements of interconnections); The problems and prospects of development of external economic relations of Ukraine and the EU are revealed. The practical significance of the results obtained is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions for the further development of foreign economic relations between Ukraine and the EU, which substantially complements the previously developed provisions for improving the country's foreign economic development.
