Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 121 с.друкованого тексту, містить 41 таблицю, 15 рисунків, 3 додатки, Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є доходи і витрати АТ СК «АХА Страхування». Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти управління доходами та витратами страховика у контексті досягнення позитивних фінансових результатів його діяльності. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є поглиблення концептуальних засад управління доходами і витратами страховика, проведення аналізу доходів і витрат страхової організації, а також розроблення стратегічних напрямів удосконалення управління з метою досягнення позитивних фінансових результатів. Завдання: 1) визначити економічну сутність понять доходи страховика та витрати страховика; 2) провести економічну та фінансову характеристику досліджуваної страхової компанії; 3) провести детальний аналіз динаміки доходів і витрат в досліджуваній страховій організації; 4) визначити напрями та шляхи удосконалення управління доходами та витратами досліджуваного страховика. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансового та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати 1) детально проаналізовано доходи та витрати страховика; 2) визначено фактори впливу на доходи і витрати; 3) оцінено фінансовий стан страхової організації; 4) визначено напрями удосконалення управлінням доходами та витратами страховика. Результати дослідження можеть бути застосовані страховими організаціями для покращення ефективності управління доходами та витратами.

EN : The work is presented on 121 pages of printed text, contains 41 tables, 15 figures, 3 annex. The list of refernces includes 70 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the income and expenses of JSC AXA Insurance. The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of management of income and expenses of the insurer in the context of achieving positive financial results of its activity. The purpose of qualification work is to deepen the conceptual bases of management of income and expenses of the insurer, to carry out the analysis of income and expenses of the insurance organization, as well as to develop strategic directions of improvement of management in order to achieve positive financial results. Tasks: 1) to determine the economic essence of the concepts of the insurer's income and the insurer's expenses; 2) to carry out economic and financial characteristics of the insurance company under study; 3) to carry out a detailed analysis of the dynamics of income and expenses in the investigated insurance organization; 4) determine the directions and ways of improving the management of income and expenses of the investigated insurer. Research methods: generalization, deductive, financial and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. Obtained results 1) the insurer's income and expenses are analyzed in detail; 2) determines the factors of influence on income and expenses; 3) the financial condition of the insurance organization is evaluated; 4) identified directions for improving the management of income and expenses of the insurer. The results of the study can be used by insurance companies to improve revenue and expense management.
