Механізм забезпечення фінансової стабільності підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжгаз»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 100 с.друкованого тексту, містить 25 таблиць, 16 рисунків, 2 додатки, Перелік посилань включає 72 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління фінансовою стабільністю підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжгаз». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретико-методичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо формування механізму забезпечення фінансової стабільності підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжгаз». Завдання: дослідити сутність роль фінансової стабільності в діяльності підприємства; розглянути особливості управління фінансовою стабільністю підприємства; узагальнити теоретичні положення з питань оцінки фінансової стабільності підприємства; здійснити аналіз основних показників фінансового стану підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжгаз» як передумови його фінансової стабільності; удосконалити систему управління фінансовою стабільності підприємства з метою підвищення її рівня. Методи досліджень: діалектичний, емпіричний, порівняльний, статистичний, графоаналітичний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено структуру балансу підприємства, що передбачає оптимізацію балансу через коригування певних статей балансу на основі рекомендованих значень фінансових показників. Запропоновані практичні рекомендації спрямовані на підвищення рівня фінансової стабільності підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжгаз» та передбачають запровадження заходів щодо покращення його фінансового стану.

EN : The work is presented on 100 pages of printed text, contains 25 tables, 16 figures, 2 annex. The list of refernces includes 72 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the processes of managing the financial stability of PJSC «Zaporizhgaz». The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of evaluation and analysis of financial stability of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations on the formation of the mechanism of ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise of PJSC «Zaporizhgaz». Objective: To investigate the essence of the role of financial stability in the activity of the enterprise; to consider features of management of financial stability of the enterprise; to summarize theoretical provisions on the evaluation of the financial stability of the enterprise; to analyze the main indicators of the financial condition of the PJSC «Zaporizhgaz» enterprise as a precondition for its financial stability; improve the financial stability management system of an enterprise in order to increase its level. Research methods: dialectical method of knowledge of economic phenomena regarding the nature and peculiarities of formation of financial stability of the enterprise, modern management theory. In the course of the study, logical and empirical methods of knowledge of mechanisms and forms of financial stability management, as well as methods of comparative, statistical analysis, graphoanalytical methods of reflection of research results were widely used. The information base for writing the qualification work were financial statements of PJSC «Zaporizhgaz», textbooks, manuals, articles of domestic and foreign authors, materials of scientific and practical conferences. The results obtained and their novelty: improved the balance sheet structure of the enterprise, which provides for optimization of the balance sheet by adjusting certain balance sheet items based on the recommended values of financial indicators. The offered practical recommendations are aimed at improving the financial stability of the PJSC «Zaporizhgaz»enterprise and envisage measures to improve its financial position.
