Особливості діяльності лізингової компанії ТОВ «АГРОЛЕНДЛІЗИНГ» на ринку фінансових послуг

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 129 с.друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 19 рисунків, 7 додатки, Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес ведення лізингової діяльності з урахуванням особливостей роботи компанії ТОВ «АГРОЛЕНДЛІЗИНГ». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення ефективності діяльності лізингової компанії ТОВ «АГРОЛЕНДЛІЗИНГ» на основі методів фінансового аналізу компаній, з урахуванням специфіки їх діяльності. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність і характеристики фінансового лізингу; 2) проаналізувати поточну нормативну базу лізингу та встановити її проблемні аспекти; 3) провести аналіз кон’юнктури ринку лізингових послуг в Україні, визначити перспективи його розвитку; 4) дослідити організаційно-економічну характеристику лізингової компанії ТОВ «АГРОЛЕНДЛІЗИНГ»; 5) провести комплексний аналіз фінансового стану компанії ТОВ «АГРОЛЕНДЛІЗИНГ»; 6) розробити заходи покращення ефективності діяльності лізингової компанії ТОВ «АГРОЛЕНДЛІЗИНГ». Методи досліджень: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічний та статистичний аналіз, ситуаційний аналіз, критичний аналіз. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) визначені основні проблеми у законодавчій базі пов’язані із фінансовим лізингом; 2) розроблені рекомендації щодо оптимізації дебіторської заборгованості, підвищення показників ліквідності компанії ТОВ «АГРОЛЕНДЛІЗИНГ» та необхідності формування резервних фондів; 3) запропоноване застосування фінансового аналізу лізингових компаній методом модифікованого балансового рівняння. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо комплексної оцінки фінансового стану та підвищення ефективності діяльності ТОВ «АГРОЛЕНДЛІЗИНГ».

EN : The work is presented on 129 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables, 19 figures, 7 annex. The list of refernces includes 71 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the process of leasing activity taking into account the peculiarities of the work of the company LLC «AGROLENDLEAZING». The purpose of the qualification work is to develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the leasing company LLC «AGROLENDLEAZING» based on the methods of financial analysis of companies, taking into account the specifics of their activities. Objectives: 1) determine the nature and characteristics of financial leasing; 2) analyze the current regulatory framework for leasing and identify its problematic aspects; 3) analyze the market situation of the leasing services market in Ukraine, to determine its prospects; 4) investigate the organizational and economic characteristics of the leasing company LLC «AGROLENDLEAZING»; 5) conduct a comprehensive analysis of the financial condition of the company LLC «AGROLENDLEAZING»; 6) develop measures for improving the efficiency of the activity of the leasing company LLC «AGROLENDLEAZING». During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: logical generalization, deductive, financial and economic and statistical analysis, situational analysis, critical analysis. The results obtained and their novelty consist identified major legislative issues related to financial leasing; developed recommendations on optimization of accounts receivable, increase of liquidity indexes of LLC «AGROLENDLEAZING» company and necessity of formation of reserve funds; proposed application of financial analysis of leasing companies by the method of modified balance equation. The implementation of the proposed recommendations in practice will ensure a correct and comprehensive assessment of the financial status and increase the efficiency of LLC «AGROLENDLEAZING». The proposed methods of assessing the effectiveness of the leasing company will allow management to more objectively manage the company in the financial services market. Using these recommendations will also help to avoid the risks associated with the loss of company liquidity, help attract new partners to finance leasing activities, increase competitiveness compared to other leasing companies and banks.
