Інвестиційна стратегія ПАТ «Мотор Січ» та особливості її формування у сучасних умовах

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 100 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 17 таблиць, 14 рисунків, 3 додатки, Перелік посилань включає 93 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є інвестиційна стратегія ПАТ «Мотор Січ» та особливості її формування. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення інвестиційної стратегії підприємства в сучасних умовах. Завдання: 1) визначити принципи і етапи розробки інвестиційної стратегії; 2) виділити фактори, що впливають на вибір інвестиційної стратегії підприємства; 3) провести комплексне оцінювання фінансового стану ПАТ «Мотор Січ»; 4) обґрунтувати ефективність інвестиційної стратегії підприємства; 5) розробити рекомендації та сформувати напрями покращення інвестиційної стратегії ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення, ситуаційного аналізу, критичного аналізу та узагальнення теоретичних досліджень. Одержані результати та їх новизна: здійснено теоретичний аналіз сутності поняття «інвестиційна стратегія»; виділено ряд факторів, що впливають на вибір інвестиційної стратегії шляхом зміни внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища підприємства; набув подальшого розвитку алгоритм оцінки ефективності інвестиційної стратегії. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо розробки інвестиційної стратегії ПАТ «Мотор Січ».

EN : The work is presented on 100 pages of printed text, contains 17 tables, 14 figures, 3 annex. The list of refernces includes 93 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is investment strategy of PJSC «Motor Sich» and features of its formation. The purpose of the qualification work is development of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the investment strategy of PJSC «Motor Sich» in modern conditions. Methods of research: logical generalization - to summarize the scientific experience in the investigated problems and teaching the sequence of provisions of the master's work; deductive - for the study of theoretical aspects of investment strategy; financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary - when assessing the financial condition of the enterprise; situational analysis - when developing recommendations for the development and improvement of investment strategy; critical analysis and generalization of theoretical studies - for the theoretical generalization of the results obtained and the formulation of conclusions. The study yielded the following scientific results, which are characterized by scientific innovation: theoretical analysis of the essence of the concept of «investment strategy» was carried out; a number of factors that influence the choice of investment strategy by changing the internal and external environment of the enterprise was identified; the algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of the investment strategy was developed. The value of the results of the master's qualification work is that the developed recommendations allow the management of PJSC «Motor Sich» to receive reliable qualitative information about the real investment opportunities of the enterprise and to form an effective investment strategy taking into account the financial condition of the enterprise. The results of the research are aimed at evaluating and improving the investment strategy of PJSC «Motor Sich» and can be implemented in the practice of industrial enterprises. The implementation of the proposed recommendations in practice will ensure the development and effective implementation of an investment strategy in accordance with the external conditions and financial condition of the enterprise.
