Розроблення стратегії стійкого фінансового розвитку підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 104 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 21 таблицю, 26 рисунків, 2 додатки, Перелік посилань включає 74 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси стратегічного управління стійким фінансовим розвитком підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретико-методичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо формування стратегії стійкого фінансового розвитку ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Завдання: дослідити сутність стратегії розвитку підприємства; розглянути особливості фінансового забезпечення стійкого розвитку підприємства; узагальнити методичні підходи до обґрунтування стратегії стійкого фінансового розвитку підприємства; здійснити оцінку стійкості фінансового розвитку ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив»; розвинути методичні забезпечення обґрунтування стратегії стійкого фінансового розвитку підприємства. Методи досліджень: аналізу, синтезу, формалізації, методи логічного узагальнення і порівняння. Одержані результати та їх новизна: набуло подальшого розвитку методичне забезпечення обґрунтування стратегії стійкого фінансового розвитку підприємства шляхом визначення критеріїв оцінювання рівня її ресурсного забезпечення. Запропоновані практичні рекомендації спрямовані на підвищення ефективності стратегії стійкого фінансового розвитку ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив» та передбачають запровадження заходів щодо удосконалення методичного забезпечення її обґрунтування.

EN : The work is presented on 104 pages of printed text, contains 21 tables, 26 figures, 2annex. The list of refernces includes 74 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the processes of strategic management of sustainable financial development of PJSC «Zaporizhvognetryv». The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations on the formation of the strategy of sustainable financial development of PJSC «Zaporizhvognetryv». Objectives: To investigate the essence of the enterprise development strategy; to consider the peculiarities of financial support for the sustainable development of the enterprise; to generalize methodological approaches to substantiation of the strategy of sustainable financial development of the enterprise; to carry out an assessment of the financial development sustainability of PJSC «Zaporizhvognetryv»; to develop methodological support for the substantiation of the strategy of sustainable financial development of the enterprise. In order to achieve the stated purpose and to solve the tasks set in the work, we used general scientific and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis for systematization and grouping of classification features of the strategy of sustainable financial development; morphological analysis – to clarify the essence of the strategy of sustainable financial development; logical generalization and comparison – to analyze approaches to evaluating a sustainable financial development strategy; financial and statistical analysis, formalization method. The results obtained and their novelty: methodological support for the substantiation of the strategy of sustainable financial development of the enterprise by defining criteria for assessing the level of its resource provision, which unlike the existing ones provides for generalization of the following characteristics: structural integration of the functions of strategic financial development management; quality and cost-effectiveness of management functions; completeness of the system of resource plans; flexibility of organization of the logistics cycle; flexibility of the procurement process. The proposed practical recommendations are aimed at improving the effectiveness of the strategy of sustainable financial development of PJSC «Zaporizhvognetryv» and provide for the introduction of measures to improve the methodological support for its substantiation.
