Оптимізація процесу дроблення матеріалів в дробарці роторного типу

Abstract

UA : В роботі проведено: аналіз стану питання по темі; обґрунтування граничного стану бил; приведено модель взаємодії робочої грані бил з дробимим матеріалом. За результатами проведених досліджень розроблена й запропонована методика оцінки оптимального ресурсу бил та прогнозування ресурсу різних конструкцій бил.

EN : In the work the following is conducted: analysis of the status of the question on the topic; substantiation of the limiting state of beats; the model of interaction of the working face of beats with fractional material is presented. According to the results of the conducted researches, the technique of estimation of the optimal pile life resource and the prediction of the resource of different pile structures were developed and proposed.
