Удосконалення механізму управління вартістю ПАТ «Укртелеком»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 108 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 22 рисунки, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 65 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування ефективного механізму управління вартістю підприємства ПАТ «Укртелеком». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних аспектів системи управління вартістю підприємства та обґрунтування рекомендацій щодо її удосконалення. Завдання: розглянути сутність вартості підприємства та фактори впливу на неї; дослідити особливості формування механізму управління вартістю підприємства; розглянути методичні підходи до оцінки вартості підприємства; дослідити організаційно-економічні аспекти функціонування підприємства ПАТ «Укртелеком»; здійснити аналіз фінансового стану підприємства; удосконалити комплексну оцінку діяльності ПАТ «Укртелеком» із застосуванням системи збалансованих показників; запропонувати впровадження інноваційно-орієнтованої стратегії як передумови до підвищення вартості підприємства. Методи дослідження: монографічний, узагальнення, порівняння, групування, графічний і табличний методи. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено методику оцінювання ключових показник діяльності підприємства на основі збалансованої системи показників, що дозволяє враховувати як фінансові так і не фінансові результати діяльності підприємства. Практичне значення мають одержані результати та рекомендації щодо методичної бази забезпечення управління вартістю підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 108 pages of printed text, contains 26 tables,22 figures, 3 annex. The list of refernces includes 65 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the process of forming an effective mechanism for managing the value of PJSC «Ukrtelekom». The purpose of qualification work is to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of the enterprise value management system and to substantiate recommendations for its improvement. Objective: To consider the nature of the value of the enterprise and the factors influencing it; to investigate the peculiarities of formation of the enterprise value management mechanism; to consider methodical approaches to the valuation of the enterprise; to study the organizational and economic aspects of the operation of the PJSC «Ukrtelekom» enterprise; to analyze the financial state of the enterprise; to improve the comprehensive assessment of PJSC «Ukrtelekom» activities by applying a system of balanced indicators; propose the introduction of an innovation-oriented strategy as a prerequisite for increasing the value of the enterprise. The methodological basis of qualification work is a set of methods and techniques of scientific knowledge, including: dialectical and systematic approaches to the subject of study, as well as theoretical and empirical methods, the main of which are analogies, analysis, synthesis, tabular and graphical methods. The information base for writing the qualification work are: textbooks, monographic studies and scientific articles of domestic and foreign authors, materials of scientific and practical conferences. In addition, the financial statements of PJSC «Ukrtelekom» were used. The results obtained and their novelty: the method of estimation of key indicators of the activity of the enterprise on the basis of a balanced system of indicators, which allows to take into account both financial and non-financial results of the activity of the enterprise. The practical significance of the results obtained. The results and recommendations are a methodological basis for ensuring the value management of the enterprise. The main provisions of the qualification work are brought to the level of methodological developments and practical recommendations and can be used in the practice of the enterprise.
