Власний капітал ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь» ім. А.М. Кузьміна»: оцінка та джерела фінансування

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 132 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 29 таблиць, 11 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 75 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування та управління власним капіталом підприємства ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь» ім. А.М. Кузьміна. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних і організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення процесу управління власним капіталом підприємства ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь» ім. А.М. Кузьміна з метою підвищення його ефективності. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та складові власного капіталу підприємства; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) здійснити оцінку показників ефективності використання власного капіталу підприємства; 4) розробити заходи щодо оптимізації структури капіталу та підвищення ефективності його управління. Методи досліджень: діалектичний, логічний, дедуктивний, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний, монографічний. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) набули подальшого розвитку тлумачення категорії «власний капітал»; 2) розроблено рекомендації щодо: оптимізації політики управління власним капіталом підприємства; 3) оптимізації структури капіталу з використанням механізму фінансового левериджу; 4) оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства за критеріями мінімізації його вартості та рівня фінансових ризиків. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління власним капіталом ПрАТ «Електрометалургійний завод «Дніпроспецсталь» ім. А.М. Кузьміна.

EN : The work is presented on 132 pages of printed text, contains 29 tables, 11 figures, 6 annex. The list of refernces includes 75 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is process the form and management with the main capital of the enterprise РJSC «Electrometalurgical plant» Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin. The purpose of the qualification work is development of theoretical and methodical and organizational regulations and practical practical recommendations of the enterprise РJSC «Electrometalurgical plant» Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin with the method of effectiveness. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and method of monograph. The scientific novelty of the results consists in the theoretical and methodological justification and solution of complex issues related to the improvement of the capital management system of an industrial enterprise РJSC «Electrometalurgical plant» Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin. The study yielded the following scientific results, which are characterized by scientific innovation: Got further development:  definition of the «main capital» category as complex characteristic considered efficiency and competitiveness of enterprise, the quality of management and possibility of potential development of enterprise, criteria of improvement of economic relations; – methodological approaches to the assessment of the main capital of the enterprise. Recommendations were developed on: optimization of enterprise equity management policy; optimization of the capital structure using the financial leverage mechanism; optimization of the capital structure of the enterprise according to the criteria of minimizing its value and the level of financial risks. Recommendations for improving the efficiency of managing of the main capital of an industrial enterprise РJSC «Electrometalurgical plant» Dniprospetsstal» by A.M. Kuzmin are of practical importance.
