Формування і управління страховими резервами страхової організації НАСК «Оранта»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 116 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 21таблицю, 7 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 82 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування та управління страховими резервами страхової організації НАСК «Оранта». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико-методичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із управлінням інвестиційною діяльністю страховика. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є подальший розвиток теоретичних положень та удосконалення методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо управління інвестиційною діяльністю страхової організації. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, метод математичного моделювання. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів визначається такими основними положеннями: набув подальшого розвитку методологічний підхід оцінювання ефективності інвестиційної діяльності страхової організації; вдосконалений методичний підхід до формування оптимального інвестиційного портфеля страхової організації шляхом застосування математичного моделювання. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо формування ефективної системи управління інвестиційною діяльністю можуть бути використані в діяльності страхових організацій.

EN : The work is presented on 116 pages of printed text, contains 21 tables, 7 figures, 6 annex. The list of refernces includes 82 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is a process of insurance resources formation of insurance company NJS IC «Oranta». The subject of investigation is a system of theoretical and methodical principles and practical problems connected with investment activity management of insurance companies. The purpose of the qualification work is to justify of the theoretical regulations and work out practical recommendations to elaborate and improve investment activity management of insurance company NJS IC «Oranta». Methods of research: dialectical cognition method; systematic, complex and structural and functional methods, calculation methods, methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis; method of mathematical modelling. The estimation of financial state of insurance company NJS IC «Oranta» has been performed; the estimation of structure and dynamics of insurance resourses of NJS IC «Oranta» has been performed; the analysis of investment activity and estimation ofinvestment potential has been performed; the optimal structure of investment portfolio of insurance company NJS IC «Oranta» was defined; the recommandations of investment activity management improvement of insurance company NJS IC «Oranta» have been elaborated. The scientific novelty of the results consists in theoretical and methodical justification and solving of the complex issues which are connected with the improvement of investment activity management of insurance company NJS IC «Oranta». The study yielded the following scientific results, which are characterized by scientific innovation:  got further development the methodical approach of efficiency estimation of investment activity of insurance company;  the methodical approach of optimal investment portfolio of insurance company formation using mathematical modelling has been improved. The results of research are aimed at estimation and improving the investment activity management system of insurance companies and can be implemented in practice of insurance companies. The application of proposed recommendations in practice will ensure formation and effective operation of investment activity management system of insurance companies.
