У сучасному світі на державу покладається величезна кількість завдань і функцій, покликаних забезпечити гідні умови життя, основні права та свободи людини й громадянина, суспільну безпеку та захист від наявних внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз.
Досягнення цих цілей неминуче пов’язане з публічною фінансовою діяльністю держави, її спроможністю акумулювати до бюджетів бюджетної системи країни необхідну й достатню кількість надходжень та своєчасно й у повному обсязі профінансувати передбачені видатки. У статті 1 Конституції України проголошено, що Україна є суверенною й незалежною, демократичною, соціальною, правовою державою, що зумовлює постановку високих стандартів і посиленого рівня її відповідальності перед суспільством. Унаслідок цього дуже важливо забезпечити якомога ефективніше правове регулювання сфери публічних фінансів, насамперед налагоджену взаємодію бюджетних і податкових інститутів держави, які водночас сприятимуть як втіленню публічного інтересу суспільства, так і реалізації фундаментальних прав і законних інтересів платників податків. Вагому роль у цьому процесі відіграють засади вітчизняного податкового законодавства, насамперед принцип фіскальної достатності, що є своєрідним консолідуючим фундаментом публічної фінансової діяльності.
Метою роботи є поглиблення наукових знань стосовно правового регулювання оподаткування фізичної особи-підприємця в умовах фіскалізації в Україні, а також підготовка науково обґрунтованих пропозицій з удосконалення чинного фінансового законодавства.
Об’єктом дослідження є суспільні відносини, що виникають у сфері правового регулювання оподаткування фізичної особи-підприємця в умовах фіскалізації в Україні.
Предметом дослідження є правове регулювання оподаткування фізичної особи-підприємця в умовах фіскалізації як пріоритетний напрямок внутрішньої політики України.

In today's world, the state is entrusted with an enormous number of tasks and functions designed to provide decent living conditions, fundamental rights and freedoms for man and citizen, public safety and protection against existing internal and external threats.
Achieving these goals is inevitably linked to public financial activity of the state, its ability to accumulate in the budgets of the budgetary system of the country a necessary and sufficient amount of revenues and to timely and fully finance the planned expenditures. Article 1 of the Constitution of Ukraine proclaims that Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, democratic, social and rule of law state that sets high standards and enhances its responsibility to society. As a result, it is very important to ensure the most effective legal regulation of the public finance sphere, first of all, the well-established interaction of the state budget and tax institutions, which will at the same time promote both the realization of the public interest of society and the realization of fundamental rights and legitimate interests of taxpayers. Significant role in this process is played by the principles of domestic tax legislation, first of all, the principle of fiscal sufficiency, which is a kind of consolidating foundation of public financial activity.
The purpose of the work is to deepen the scientific knowledge regarding the legal regulation of taxation of a natural person-entrepreneur in terms of fiscalisation in Ukraine, as well as to prepare scientifically sound proposals for improvement of the current financial legislation.
The object of the study is the public relations that arise in the sphere of legal regulation of taxation of an individual entrepreneur under conditions of fiscalisation in Ukraine.
The subject of the research is the legal regulation of taxation of the individual entrepreneur in terms of fiscalisation as a priority direction of the domestic policy of Ukraine.
