Особливості управління фінансами ПрАТ «Запорізький завод важкого кранобудування» в умовах виживання і розвитку

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 125 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 30 таблиць, 4 рисунки, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансами підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів управління фінансами підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка практичних рекомендацій та дослідження теоретико-методичних й організаційних положень щодо вдосконалення управління фінансами підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, вимірювання, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: обґрунтовано напрями забезпечення життєздатності підприємства, що ґрунтується на поліпшенні фінансового стану підприємства за рахунок ефективного використання стратегічних ресурсів; удосконалено методику діагностики фінансового стану підприємства, що спирається на еталонний порядок мір руху показників, які характеризують досліджуване підприємство. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, зокрема, алгоритм прийняття рішень щодо напрямків забезпечення життєздатності підприємства, методичний підхід щодо діагностики фінансового стану підприємства на основі нормативу динаміки руху показників.

EN : The work is presented on 125 pages of printed text, contains 30 tables, 4 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is an enterprise finances management features in the current context. The subject of investigation is a system of theoretical and methodical principles and applied problems connected with enterprise finances management features amidst survival and development. The purpose of the qualification work is to elaborate practical recommendations and development of theoretical and methodic and organizational provisions of enterprise finances management improvement in the current context. Methods of research: logical compilation, deduction method, financial and economical and statistical analysis, comparison method, methods of measurement and adaptation etc. The first section contains information about theoretical basis of enterprise finances management. Data on main patterns of enterprise survival conditions forming and development have been systematized. The methodical approaches of enterprise survival opportunities evaluation and development were presented. Second section contains analysis and evaluation of examined enterprise finances management efficiency In the third section the main directions of enterprise finances management improvement have been determined. The obtained results of research: the directions of enterprise survival ensuring based on the decision to maximize the value of the enterprise and efficient use of strategic resources have been justified; the method of enterprise financial state evaluation based on the reference order of the measures of movement of the indicators that characterize it has been improved. The results of research can be implemented in practice of enterprises in particular the algorithm of decision making concerning directions of ensuring viability of the enterprise, the method of enterprise financial position evaluation based on the reference order of the measures of movement of the indicators that characterize it.
