Фінансові аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства ПАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 105 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 22 таблиці, 25 рисунків, 11 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 77 джерел, з них 10 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є конкурентоспроможність підприємства ПАТ «АселорМіттал Кривий Ріг». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення та управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства в фінансовому аспекті ПАТ «АселорМіттал Кривий Ріг». Завдання: 1) визначити фактори та чинники, які впливають на конкурентоспроможність підприємства, а також методи оцінки і стратегії підвищення; 2) проаналізувати фінансово-господарську діяльність та економічні показники підприємства ПАТ «АселорМіттал Кривий Ріг»; 3) на основі методів оцінки визначити рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємства; 4) розробити шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності ПАТ «АселорМіттал Кривий Ріг». Методи досліджень: логічного узагальнення, кількісний та якісний аналізи, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення. Одержані результати та їх новизна: вперше: застосовано методику оцінювання складових підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства ПАТ «АселорМіттал Кривий Ріг», побудовою матриці та здійснено експертне оцінювання; набули подальшого розвитку: тлумачення категорії «конкурентоспроможність»; методичне оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Практичне значення мають запропоновані рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства ПАТ «АселорМіттал Кривий Ріг».

EN : The work is presented on 105 pages of printed text, contains 22 tables, 25 figures, 11 annex. The list of referеnces includes 77 sources, 10 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the competitiveness of the company PJSC «AselorMittal Kryviy Rih». The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate theoretical provisions and to develop practical recommendations for improving and managing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the financial aspect of PJSC «AselorMittal Kryviy Rih». Objectives: 1) identify the factors and factors that affect the competitiveness of the enterprise, as well as assessment methods and promotion strategies; 2) analyze the financial and economic activities and economic indicators of the enterprise of PJSC “AselorMittal Kryviy Rih”; 3) to determine the level of competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of valuation methods; 4) to develop ways of increasing the competitiveness of AselorMittal Kryviy Rih PJSC. Research methods: logical generalization, quantitative and qualitative analyzes, deductive, financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary. The obtained results and their novelty: for the first time: the method of evaluation of the components of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise of PJSC “AselorMittal Kryviy Rih” was applied, the matrix was constructed and expert evaluation was carried out; acquired further development: interpretation of the category “competitiveness”; methodical assessment of the level of competitiveness of the enterprise. Thus, the paper considers theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the concept of «enterprise competitiveness», assesses the competitiveness of the enterprise, suggests ways to improve competitiveness of the enterprise. In the qualification work, all the scientific results of the study were obtained by the author personally. In this paper presents the author's approach to studying the competitiveness of an enterprise The recommendations of increasing the competitiveness of the company PJSC «AselorMittal Kryviy Rih» are of practical importance.
