Формування та оптимізація виробничих витрат підприємства ТОВ «Техносенс»

Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 119 pages of printed text, contains 27 tables, 18 figures, 2annex. The list of referеnces includes 77 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the processes of forming an effective enterprise cost management system, as exemplified by LLC «Technosens». The subject of research is the financial relations that arise in the process of forming the cost of the enterprise and their impact on the financial condition of the enterprise. The purpose of the qualification work is to research and develop theoretical and practical principles of cost formation at the enterprise and ways of their optimization. Objectives: to investigate the nature and classification of costs of the enterprise; to study the nature and features of enterprise cost management; consider costing products as a basis for the formation of production costs of the enterprise; to give a general description of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise; to carry out an assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise of LLC «Technosens»; to analyze the peculiarities of formation of cost at the enterprise; to propose ways of forming the optimal cost structure of LLC «Technosens». In the process of writing the qualification work such methods as monographic, generalization, comparison, grouping in the study of theoretical base were used; graphical and tabular methods, analysis of ratios, relative indicators in the analysis of financial statements and cost formation of enterprises; comparative analysis, correlation analysis. The information base of the research was legislative and regulatory documents, educational literature, scientific publications in periodicals on the formation of costs of the enterprise, as well as the financial statements of LLC «Technosens». The results and their novelty: a comprehensive cost management system based on the combination of management functions and cost features as an object of management, through the correlation-regression analysis, substantiated measures to optimize the costs of the enterprise. The theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations for improving cost management can be applied by enterprises to improve cost management.

Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування ефективної системи управління витратами підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «Техносенс». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження та розвиток теоретичних та практичних засад формування витрат на підприємстві та шляхи їх оптимізації. Завдання: дослідити сутність та класифікацію витрат підприємства; вивчити сутність та особливості управління витратами підприємств; розглянути калькулювання собівартості продукції як основи формування виробничих витрат підприємства; надати загальну характеристику фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства; здійснити оцінку фінансового стану підприємства ТОВ «Техносенс»; проаналізувати особливості формування собівартості на підприємстві; запропонувати шляхи формування оптимальної структури витрат ТОВ «Техносенс». Методи дослідження: монографічний, узагальнення, порівняння, групування, графічний і табличний методи. Одержані результати та їх новизна: удосконалено комплексну систему управління витратами на основі поєднання функцій менеджменту та особливостей витрат як об’єкта управління, за рахунок кореляційно-регресивного аналізу обґрунтовано заходи з оптимізації витрат підприємства. Практичне значення мають сформульовані у кваліфікаційної роботі теоретичні та практичні результати, які можуть використовуватися в системі управління витратами підприємства
